Join us live, online Wednesday, March 20, 2019, starting at 7 PM ET for this instructor-led session, Exercise Through Laughter with a theme of World Happiness Day!
This session is led by laughter yoga instructor, Lynn Lizarraga, who also has inclusion body myositis.
Myositis patients can do this sitting down in a chair or wheelchair. Caregivers and Spouses are welcome to join as well.
Why Exercise Through Laughter?
Numerous studies show that laughter has proven health benefits. For those living with myositis, it is important to incorporate exercise to help combat potential complications and associated conditions. What are some of the physical and mental health benefits of laughter?
