Join us, your myositis family, for the 4th Annual Myositis Empower Walk Watch Party!

Together on Zoom, we will watch the live stream of the walk held October 8, 2022. While screening, we will all be able to speak with each other via Zoom and Zoom Chat as the event is happening! And for this event, invite our family and friends to watch along with us from their computers or devices, which always makes events more fun, even when we are all watching virtually.

In addition to raising awareness, the goal the Landman’s set for the 2022 Empower Walk is to raise $35,000. We are getting close to our goal and we are asking you to help us get there! Ask your friends and family members to give. If you are able to give, any amount is appreciated and makes an immediate impact in helping people living with Myositis.

Money raised goes further at MSU since we are an all-volunteer, virtual organization. Your contribution funds our patient-centered research, support program costs, and our financial assistance program which assists people with Myositis to enhance their quality of life. Assistance is available to help cover costs of expensive adaptive and assistive devices and equipment, helping with medical bills and emergency household expenses, including rental assistance when employment is interrupted for treatments/hospitalizations. MSU is an all-volunteer, patient-centered and patient-led 501 (c) (3) dedicated to raising awareness and improving the lives of ALL impacted by myositis.

Every donation made, no matter the amount, impacts the lives of real myositis patients, and there are many ways to contribute! Whether it’s $5 or more, you can make a one-time or monthly contribution, dedicate it in memory or honor of someone you care about, or contribute to an existing Empower Walk Team or Personal Fundraiser. All funds directly support the work of MSU.
