"Save Me" by Alyssa Smith with myositis

Ever hear a song with Myositis in it?

Alyssa Smith wrote and sings a new song, “Save Me” and premiered on Feb. 28th, Rare Disease Day, on the MSU Facebook page and on YouTube.

“Save Me” is a song that most likely ‘sings to the tune’ of how we feel living with the rare, chronic autoimmune disease myositis. For Alyssa, it’s antisynthetase syndrome which includes myositis, lung, joint, and skin disease.

Learn more about Alyssa and why she wrote this song in the interview video below.
