We’ll introduce simple practices to:

  • give your mind a break from worry, anxiety, and rumination & build resilience
  • self-soothe & reduce self-judgement and self-criticism
  • use loving-kindness and compassion as resources for well-being

Bring with you:

  • something to write with and on
  • something that brings you comfort and helps you feel at ease
