Did you know that the Facebook page for Myositis Support and Understanding titled “Understanding Myositis,”  provides education, awareness, and news updates about myositis and research and information about us to help patients, caregivers, friends, and family members to help them better understand and learn more about this rare disease? 

Through this public page, we also provide tips for dealing with Myositis or supporting those who have it. Our page also covers overlapping diseases and provides tips on pain management and ways to cope with these illnesses.
